Baby London

It’s been a while since I’ve blogged one of my sessions.  Our family has enjoyed an incredibly busy and blessed summer, but school started back this week (homeschool for us), schedules are getting back to normal (wait… is there anything such as “normal” in my life? Ha!), and I’m excited about sharing these beautiful families with you once again!

Meet baby London, newest addition to the Edenfield family (Jessica is a fantastic photographer, by the way… go check out her work at Eden Photography… so great!).  This brand new baby girl is absolutely precious (and she looks SO much like her big sister)!  The first part of our session, she was so happy, but doing what newborns do when their sister is jumping around and loving life – London was squirming and watching and enjoying the show.  Normally, as a photographer you want the baby to SLEEP… and sometimes that just doesn’t happen, and instead you get something even MORE.   What I love most about this session, what makes it absolutely magical is the family together – the laughter, the tenderness, the utter delight.  In the end, sure we got some tender moments of London doing the sweet-baby-sleep-thing.  But I’m so, so glad we got to capture the joy!
