Ana is one of those girls who has this incredible ability to be beautifully mature, and yet youthful and sweet all at the same time. Her words and voice reflect an old soul, and yet her smiles are bright and infectious. Her eyes are dark pools, and yet they laugh and show an inner joy that’s contagious. Anna has big dreams and ambition, but she’s willing to laugh at herself and enjoy the moment. My heart was genuinely touched by her, and I’m thankful to have met her.
These photos are a compilation of our dreams together for her Senior Shoot. Ana loves everything vintage and as soon as she told me that my wheels started spinning. I contacted my friend, Gwen (who has a fan-dan-tastic blog, Gwen’s Nest… check her out!) and asked to borrow her amazing vintage bike. We wanted sunlight and flowers, so we met at Turnipseed Nursery Farms in Fayetteville, GA and I put together a bouquet of flowers for her. And Ana brought an incredible wardrobe – so many options, and we had fun picking and choosing what would go best with what look. We planned out everything and I’m so incredibly thrilled with what we made together. Ana’s mom was standing next to me at one point, looking on and said quietly, “I just can’t believe that’s my girl.” I was so touched by the tenderness and affection I saw in this family – they were truly precious together and it showed me a little of why Ana is so special.
I hope these photos make you smile. I hope they help you peek into the heart of this beautiful girl and see what I see in her. Enjoy, and be blessed as I have!
These are amazing!!! What a beautiful girl!
