Keeping up with the Joneses

Okay, I couldn’t help the title.  LOL  It really has nothing to do with the family… well, except the name.  I LOVE the Jones family!  Anne is a wonderful photographer (And incredibly generous!!!  When I first started out she helped me so much – such a gem!).  In fact, she’s one of only a very select few that I’ve ever let photograph my kids.  I’m weird in this.  When people say, “Oh, I bet your house is full of beautiful photos of your boys!” I respond with, “Yes, it is!  And they were taken by my friend, Anne!”  Really, I need to update my walls, but I’m so in love with the photos she’s given me that I can’t imagine replacing them.  One day!  I knew Anne as a little girl and I always loved her.  She’s a little younger than I am, she’s always had a little spunk in her that makes me laugh, and she’s passed it on to her girls, which I LOVE!

But back to this session… Anne moved far, far away to follow her husband and his dreams (shedding a tear… seriously, so happy for them!).  She moved to CO, and I hope to head out there one day and capture some photos of her family with the gorgeous mountains behind them!  Until then, I get to capture them in my own small town when they come home to visit family.  And I’m always overjoyed to do it!

Anne and Andrew make beautiful children.  They’re funny, their eyes are huge and expressive and stunning, they’re silly, they have fantastic smiles, they’re little stinkers, and I adore them!  Enjoy these photos of Anne and Andrew and their spunky little girls!  I hope they make you laugh as much as they do me!
