Roller Family | 2014

This family… they are SO precious!  I first met Lori when she was expecting her baby girl.  Lori was so cute – her belly barely showed, but her face was glowing.  And Brad is has such a great sense of humor and is willing to go for anything.  Since they had their baby girl, I’ve gotten to photograph them more.  Each time I get SO excited because, besides the fact that Lori and Brad are beautiful… little Alex… seriously, I think she has to be one of the cutest kids on the planet.  She’s just gorgeous.  She has curls, peaches and cream skin, and huge blue eyes.  And she’s such a little stinker – so full of life and happiness and adventure!  One of my favorite things about this session – the photos of Brad and Alex together.  I get a lot of sweet pictures of moms with their girls, or dads with their boys… but there’s something especially special about a daddy playing with his baby girl and loving on her and throwing her in the air and tickling her belly.  Maybe it’s because I don’t have a girl, but whenever I see that tenderness and love, something in me melts just a little bit with pure happiness.
