Sweet Desert Rose – Baby Evalee

Meet Evalee.  Like all babies, this little one is a precious gift from the Lord.  But she’s also very special because she has been prayed for by so many – she’s a gift in a different, particular way.  Evalee was born in Arizona, but she’s making her home with her forever family in Georgia.  And her parents… oh, how they have longed for her, and how they love this precious blessing!  And, can I just say… Doesn’t Savannah make a gorgeous mama?!  She is so in love and is beyond radiant.  ::sigh… sweet mama love is the BEST::

Two things I adore beyond words about Evalee:  1) Her crazy hair; 2) She insists on keeping her mouth OPEN at all times, even in sleep.  Catching a shot of her looking sweet and peaceful with her mouth closed… well, it’s a challenge, to say the least, but so worth it.  🙂  And I’m  thrilled with these photos – they show her personality, her spunk, her sweetness, and her beauty.  And even more, they show how completely she is loved – by her Mommy & Daddy, her grandparents, everyone who meets her.

But one thing I didn’t mention, why I love Evalee most… she is my newest little cousin.  She is family, and so she is forever in my heart.  I hope you are so blessed by this gorgeous girl who is a hot mess half the time.  I hope you laugh and are moved by how she’s surrounded with God’s love.  I can’t wait to see who she grows up to be, how God works in her life through her forever family to raise her up to be His young lady and His child.
